Olive Tapenade Crostini

1/4 cup Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup Pitted Black Olives

1/2 cup Pitted Green Olives

1/4 cup Roasted Red Bell Pepper

1/4 cup Walnuts

1/2 Lemon, zested & juiced

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1 Baguette, sliced

1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme, stems removed


  1. To a food processor add the pitted olives, roasted pepper, walnuts, lemon juice and salt. Pulse to process until chopped but still coarse.
  2. Tranfer the mixture into a bowl then add Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil, mix to combine.
  3. Spoon the olive tapenade mixture onto lightly toasted baguette slices then garnish with lemon zest and thyme. Lastly, drizzle with a bit more Terra Delyssa® Extra Virgin Olive Oil and serve.
