Superfood Salad with Dates

1 cup Terra Delyssa® Organic Pitted Dates, roughly chopped

3 cups Kale, de-stemmed & roughly chopped

1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans, drained & rinsed

1 Avocado, sliced

1/2 cup Seedless Cucumber, diced

1/3 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup Pistachios Nuts, chopped

2 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Lemon, juiced

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt



  1. Thoroughly wash and dry the kale, then remove the stems and roughly chop. Prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Add the kale to a salad platter then top with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
