Have been using this for the past few days. Keeps getting tastier and tastier. This is the only hot pepper sauce that isn't fermented in vinegar, which is the thing I hated about hot sauces. It is extremely hot, but easy to get used to. I put the jar on the table, so that each can add the desired amount. It does not negatively alter the flavour of the dish. The lemon improves the overall flavour, and the salt is just right. I also enjoy a little bit alone on toast.
