Chimichurri Sauce with BBQ Grilled Steak

This delightful sauce is a blend of fresh and zesty ingredients, including red onion, garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro, Italian parsley, oregano, and Terra Delyssa Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This chimichurri sauce is the perfect companion to grilled steak, adding a burst of herbaceous and citrusy notes that enhance the natural flavors of the meat. 1/2 red onion 

5 cloves of garlic 

Juice from 2 lemons 

Juice from 1 Lime

1 tsp of salt- you may want to add more during tasting 

1 tsp of pepper

1 cup of cilantro chopped

1 cup of Italian parsley 

2 tbsp of Oregano 

3/4 cup of Terra Delyssa Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Optional: 1 Jalapeno finely chopped



  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse on high until everything is combined and finely blended together. 
  2. Cook the steak to your liking on the BBQ grill
  3. Place steak on a plate and pour Chimichurri sauce on top. 


If you have any extra sauce left, place it in a mason jar and store it in the fridge to put on top of eggs, chicken and bread or dip with tortilla chips.
