4 Tablespoons Terra Delyssa® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tablespoons Vinegar

1 teaspoon Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

2 5-oz. Wild-Caught Tuna, drained

1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, diced

1/2 cup Green Apple, diced

1/4 cup Scallion, sliced

1/4 cup Parsley, chopped

2 cups Butter Lettuce



  1. Add Terra Delyssa® Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper to a salad bowl and mix to combine.
  2. Next, add the tuna and mix using a fork.
  3. Add the diced red bell pepper, green apple, scallion and parsley. Mix to combine.
  4. Spoon tuna salad over butter lettuce and serve with your favorite bread.
