The olives grow and ripen under 320 days of Mediterranean sun. The olives are harvested by hand and cold-pressed within 4 hours to ensure a less than 0.4% acidity.

Maintenant il commance a melanger celui de la Tunisie avec de l'Algerie et d'autre paye. Et la c'est la Qualite que c'est diminuer . L'huile d'olive le meuilleur au Monde d'apres les stat c'est celui de la Tunisie. La frenchement j'achete plus cette marque parque la Qualite n'est plus la meme. Domage.
