Light Taste Olive Oil

Great for cooking veggies and meat at higher heat

I was interested in Terra Delyssa’s light tasting olive oil because it comes in a glass container rather than plastic. Unfortunately it is not a light tasting as other brands, there is still a strong flavour to the oil. I purchased 6 of these because it was on sale and I got free shipping. I was very disappointed when the oil arrived with an expiration of less than 8 months. According to the website oil has a shelf life of 2 years from pressing. With a less than 8 months shelf life, I would say this item has been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. Here’s hoping I get through the oil in time. I sent in an email to the company providing feed back and expressing my disappointment and have not heard anything back. To this point, their customer service is non existent.

I have been looking for a light mayo to make mayo. I figured I would grab 6 and I am so very happy I did. It is a wonderful oil for mayo. My husband said it is the best maybe he's ever ate. It has a very light taste and is perfect for mayo. Yummy!
