Ingredients
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 ripe banana, sliced into ½-inch rounds
- 6 Terra Delyssa Organic Pitted Deglet Noor Dates, halved lengthwise
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Terra Delyssa Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
- Flaky sea salt, to finish
Instructions
- In a medium pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter until foamy.
- Add banana slices, halved dates, and cinnamon. Gently toss to coat.
- Cook for 5–6 minutes, flipping occasionally, until bananas caramelize and dates are golden and soft.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream into two bowls.
- Top each with the warm caramelized banana and date mixture.
