Garlic Parmesan Bruschetta

1 loaf Italian or French bread

2-3 tablespoons butter, melted

1 clove garlic, minced

Italian seasoning, to taste

parmesan cheese, to taste

½ can of petite diced tomatoes, well drained

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Terra Delyssa Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped



Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

In the microwave, soften the 3 tablespoons of butter for about 15 seconds.  Mix soften butter with 1 clove of minced garlic.  Microwave for about 10-15 seconds to soften butter and garlic mixture.

Slice up a loaf of Italian or French bread to about 1-inch (2 ½ cm) thickness.  Top slices with melted garlic butter mix, followed by Italian seasoning, then parmesan cheese.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown

In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil and stir until everything is fully coated with olive oil.

Top the garlic bread with desired amount of tomato mixture.  Enjoy!
