1 cup tahini
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
¼ cup Terra Delyssa Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh dill, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, optional
water, as needed.
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender. Process until bright green, smooth and creamy (sauce should be the consistency of sour cream or a thin mayonnaise); add water as necessary to thin to desired consistency, season with salt and pepper.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge, for up to 1 week.
